Ecology

Growing some of her own vegetables and buying mainly ecological food is a matter of course for Ylva Bergstad. She stays healthy, gives her family good nourishment and contribute to keep the balance of Mother Nature. In her hobby of designing and sewing clothes she mostly uses ecological fabrics, hemp or reused fabrics.
